What Information Does the Imber Bot Store?

The Imber Bot securely stores specific data within its database, including:

  • Server IDs

  • Channel IDs

  • Role IDs

  • User IDs

  • Encrypted OAuth2 Access Tokens

  • Encrypted OAuth2 Refresh Tokens

  • Encrypted API Keys

  • Encrypted Bot Client Secret

  • Encrypted Bot Token

  • Bot IDs

All sensitive data is safeguarded through SHA256 encryption, ensuring an elevated level of security.

It's essential to emphasize that once you discontinue using our services, all your stored data will be promptly and permanently deleted from our systems.

What Data Does OAuth2 Verification Log?

When a user completes OAuth2 verification, the following information is recorded exclusively for the server owner:

  • Device IP Address

  • IP Details (Country, Region, City, Type, ISP)

  • Device Details (Type, Operating System, Browser)

  • Discord Account Information (Avatar, Tag, ID, Creation Date, Join Date, Locale, MFA Status)

Can I use the Imber Bot on multiple servers?

You can use the Imber Bot on as many servers as you like. Every server will have its configuration.

Can I purchase multiple Imber Bots?

You can purchase as many bots as you need. Just get a new subscription and set it up.

I have a suggestion for the bot, what do I do?

Join our Discord server and type your suggestion to the #suggestions channel. Community votes will defer if it gets added or not.

How do I update the bot?

The command /bot restart will update your bot to the latest version. All major updates will be forced on all bots.

What happens when my subscription expires?

You have 5 days to renew your subscription, if you don't pay your bot will be turned off automatically. We highly recommend using automatic payments or otherwise, you might lose your bot. All your data is lost after 10 days of expiration.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I renew/cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription on our website. Login to your account and go to the 'Subscriptions' tab, you can manage your subscription there.
